Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Scorii loyalty platform, whether as a customer earning rewards or as a business partner running a loyalty program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the Scorii app, registering as a business partner, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of Scorii, including loyalty program members ("Customers") and registered business partners ("Business Partners").
2. Description of Service
Scorii operates a coalition loyalty rewards platform that allows Customers to earn and redeem points across participating businesses. Business Partners register on the platform to offer loyalty programs, stamp cards, receipt rewards, and promotional campaigns to Customers who scan their unique QR codes.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Customers authenticate using OTP (one-time password) via phone number. You must own and control the phone number you register.
- Business Partners must submit an application that is reviewed and approved by the Scorii team before going live.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register a business account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Business Partner Terms
- Business Partners must ensure all business information submitted during onboarding is accurate and up to date.
- Business Partners are solely responsible for the offers, promotions, and loyalty rewards they configure on the platform.
- Scorii reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any business from the platform at its sole discretion.
- Business Partners agree not to use Scorii to promote illegal, misleading, or harmful products or services.
- Subscription fees are charged per the selected plan. Billing begins upon approval of your application.
- Scorii may change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Business Partners must honour the loyalty rewards, stamp programs, and offers they configure within the platform.
5. Points, Rewards, and Loyalty Programs
- Points are awarded to Customers upon verified QR scans at participating businesses. GPS proximity verification is required.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Scorii platform.
- Scorii reserves the right to correct, adjust, or expire points in cases of suspected fraud, error, or abuse.
- Rewards and redemption options are determined by the platform and individual business partners and may change at any time.
- Scorii is not liable for any inability to redeem points or rewards due to business partner closures, plan changes, or service outages.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to earn points fraudulently, including through fake scans, GPS spoofing, or duplicate submissions.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Scorii app or services.
- Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our backend systems.
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with Scorii are owned by or licensed to Scorii and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Business Partners grant Scorii a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their business name, logo, and offer content within the platform for the purpose of operating the loyalty program.
8. Privacy
Your use of Scorii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at scorii.app/privacy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scorii makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
Scorii does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scorii and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if Scorii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Scorii's total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Scorii in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Termination
Scorii may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your points and rewards will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scorii is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, at Scorii's election.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via in-app notification for material changes. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
